Brónagh Donaghy physio
Brónagh Donaghy MCSP, HCPC
Chartered Physiotherapist and Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist
Brónagh qualified from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2024 with Bsc (Hons) Physiotherapy. She completed her Level 3 sports massage qualification in 2023 to broaden her skillset to bring the most effective care to patients. From here she has worked across various settings including sports, private practice, and NHS. She specialises in musculoskeletal and sports injuries.
She has deep interest in the mind-body connection and how emotional states profoundly influence physical recovery. In her practice, she recognises that pain and healing are not purely physical experiences. Her approach is to tailor interventions holistically to the person in front of her, integrating their emotional wellbeing and lifestyle.
She incorporates principles from her own practice of mindfulness, yoga, and Pilates into her sessions when appropriate. These practices allow patients to tune into their body, move with awareness, and develop a more confident and compassionate relationship with pain. Her aim to create a calm, safe environment where long-term recovery becomes not just possible, but sustainable.
