Group mat classes are non refundable, however you may catch up missed classes within the same block. Cancelled private lessons, 24 hours notice must be given or session will be charged in full. Normally each client will invest in at least one private lesson before joining a matwork class. For those with injury or a pre-existing health condition it is essential. This is so that the fundamental basics of Pilates can be introduced and the individual needs of the client can be assessed by the teacher.
